Admission Requirements

For Bachelor's Degree Programs:

The applicants must hold a high school diploma,be in good health and aged under 25,with a Chinese proficiency level basically sufficient to follow university courses given in Chinese.On passing the exams set by the university in accordance with the program chosen,the applicants can be admitted to do a bachelor’s degree program at the university.If the applicants are not proficient enough in Chinese to follow the program,a one year’s remedial course of Chinese can be arranged.

For Master's Degree Programs:

For admission to the master’s degree program,the applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree,be in good health and aged under 35.Admission is based on the recommendation of two professors (full or associate)or experts of equivalent status and the result of the examination set by the university.Courses are generally given in chinese.(The requirements set for Chinese proficiency are the same as those set for bachelor’s degree applicants.)

For Doctor's Degree Program:

For admission to the doctor’s degree program,the applicants must hold a master’s degree,be in good health and aged under 40.Admission is based on the recommendation of two professors(full or associate) or experts of equivalent status and result of the examination set by the university.

For MSc in MSEM Program

Applicants are eligible for the MSc in MSEM if they have the following qualifications:

 A Bachelor’s degree (with distinction) in a relevant discipline (with full transcript) A suitable language test score (i.e. TOEFL 570 – 230 or above, IELTS 6.5 or above – academic version)

 Applicants with TOEFL under 500 or IELTS under 5.5 can participate in a special English program offered at DMU in early March every year, but they must provide another IELTS score at the exit of the program. The result of the English program and the IELTS score will, combined, be used in the admission process.

For Chinese Program

Any foreigner who holds a high school diploma or its equivalent and is in good health and aged under 65 is eligible to apply.
